Since 1986 Dick has maintained a cool, casual, matter-of-fact attitude at the settlement table. He feels that this diffuses any tense moments which can arise. When Dick is not behind the settlement table, he spends much of his time writing his novel, which involves the real estate industry. He welcomes any settlement stories you might have to add to his creation. Dick is well known for making the entire settlement process a most pleasant experience.
